It includes fungal proteases derived from Aspergillus oryzae, bacterial protease derived from Bacillus subtilis, and comprehensive carbohydrate digestive support from papain, bromelain, and fungal digestive enzymes.

• Aspergillus oryzae extracts are sources of prolyl endopeptidases and dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPP-IV) – a multifunctional serine protease suitable for proline-containing peptides, such as those found in gliadin and casein, both typically proteolytically resistant proteins.
