Daily Suggested Use for infants 0-12 moths

Using dropper, measure appropriate dose based on baby’s weight (see chart above).
Add Baby’s DHA to food, breast milk, or Infant formula once dally, or as directed by your pediatrician.
Clean dropper thoroughly between each use, especially if dropper contacts baby’s mouth.
Store bottle with original cap in refrigerator.
Warning:
Consult with your physician before taking this product if your baby has a known medical condition or is taking medications (including blood thinners).
Do not take if the tamper-evident seal is broken or missing. Refrigerate after opening. Best if used within 3 months after opening. Keep out of the reach of children.
