Ingredients:

Organic Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) Flower and Leaf Oil. Organic oil, steam distilled from flowering tops and leaves.

Suggested Use:

For aromatherapy, add a few drops to a diffuser or to a bowl of hot water. For other uses, dilute 1 to 4 drops of essential oil per 1 tsp. of a carrier oil.
