Suggested Use

1 to 2 capsules with 12-16 oz of water, daily or as directed by your health practitioner.

If minor bloating or gas occurs, temporarily decrease amount.

Evacuation may not occur until 24-72 hours after first dose and a temporary feeling of fullness may result.
