Order Cancellation Window

• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped.
• After this window, cancellations are no longer guaranteed due to fulfillment procedures.

Orders Already Shipped

• If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
• You can initiate a return once you receive the product. See our Return Policy for details.

Refunds After Cancellation

• If your order is successfully canceled, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation and refund are processed.
