1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have an active TikTok account in good standing.
• You must comply with TikTok’s Creator Marketplace and TikTok Shop guidelines.

2. Collaboration Scope

• Creators will receive free products or commission-based compensation in exchange for promotional content.
• Content must showcase VITAHEB products clearly and honestly.
• Content should remain published for at least 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

3. Content Guidelines

• Content must be original, high quality, and follow TikTok’s community guidelines.
• No misleading, false, or exaggerated claims about product benefits.
• Tag @vitaheb and include relevant hashtags as instructed (e.g., #Vitaheb, #TikTokMadeMeBuyIt).
• All paid partnerships must be disclosed according to TikTok and local advertising regulations.

4. Compensation

• Compensation may include:
  • Commission per sale (affiliate link or TikTok Shop tracking).
  • Flat fee per video (when agreed).
  • Free products for review.
• Commission payments are made monthly and subject to approval based on performance and compliance.

5. Product Delivery

• Products will be shipped to the creator’s provided address.
• VITAHEB is not responsible for delays or customs issues outside its control.

6. Content Rights

• By collaborating, you grant VITAHEB a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content on:
  • TikTok
  • Website vitaheb.com
  • Social media platforms
  • Ads and promotional campaigns

7. Confidentiality

Creators must keep confidential any non-public information shared by VITAHEB during the partnership.

8. Termination

VITAHEB reserves the right to end the collaboration at any time if the creator:

• Violates any of these terms.
• Damages the brand image.
• Fails to deliver agreed-upon content.

9. Limitation of Liability

VITAHEB is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses related to your participation, including but not limited to platform issues, content removals, or account suspensions.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of US and Your Country, without regard to conflict of law principles.
