• Karuna Health Echinacea Plus combines a well-researched botanical pair and several vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients into a comprehensive formula for immune support. Both Echinacea purpurea and Echinacea angustifolia contain polysaccharides that help stimulate macrophage activation and cytokine production.
